Titanic Sea
''Special presentation from BBC Northern Ireland for programmes marking the centenary anniversary of the completion of RMS Titanic and its fateful maiden voyage.'' The target audience for this will be people who live in northern Ireland. The age range will be people from 50's to the ages before they die. The reason for this is because young people won't undertand how sad the titanic was when it sank and won't respect it as much. It is very dark and full of metal which suits the theme as theTitanic was a metal boat. Looks from the time period of the industrial revolution which makes it look more unique as it is set in the past. The tet has a white font as it is always like that for every BBC 1 ident and the background is red which makes it stand out more to the audience.
The target audience for this will be male and any age range as long as they like sports mainly football. It keeps to the theme of white wrting and red as they are the colours of the BBC and it makes the white writing stand out more which may suggest their channel stands out from the others. This ident is often shown before match of the day so we know the BBC does have some idents that suit cetain programmes which shows they have put in time to come up with suitable idents.
This ident is aimed at everybody due to it having a nuetral theme that both men and women, young and old won't be to bothered about. A ident like this may be used before the start of a documentry however due to it being neutral it can be used on a lot.of different programmes. It repeats using white font and a red circular image around the font, the circular image could represent the world which tells us the BBC broadcasts everywhere and has a lot of content.
