Titus Androncius Production

Shown below is our version of the Titus Andronicus production that we had to create with the drama academy. After seeing this film shown on the big screen at the BFI I feel that we as a group achieved a great deal of work and that it looked to a professional standard. The one thing that I do wish though is that we could of had a couple more hours to film and edit, the reason for this is because their was such a tight deadline we have to skip over parts and thus was not able to get the final product to an even higher quality.

What I felt worked extremely well was how the drama students and my media class was able to get on well enough that their was no big arguments and we was just able to get on with things. I feel the actors performed to a high enough level and helped make this product look even greater, along with them I had my team which included Ryan and Lee who did a great job getting the sound, using the second camera and also the combined effort worked really well as the final product had our on take on how it should be.

I think the only thing I would of liked to improve was the final part of the scene was Abby has been killed by Georgia. From here on we had to rush the shooting as it was getting dark very quickly and left us short for time which meant we could only film the most crucial shots and not explore any other interesting ways.

My role during the production of Titus Andronicus was to keep an eye on the actors so that they remained focus, I used the main camera for the majority of the shooting and also directed a lot of it on the day and told Sam how i thought it should be shot and how it should cut so that it looked good
