Summary of Production Research

Below is a list of equipment that I will need in order to create this music video. When filming, I will need to rent a camera, camera lenses, a tripod and also a PC with Adobe Premiere Pro in order to edit this product. By having a variety of lens types, it will give me more options for different shot types, despite it being from the same distance, with the camera being 24.3MP, it will allow more light to come through the camera, which means I will be able to have better low light shots. Also, with a high mega pixel, I will also being able to zoom in on pictures and maintain a good level of detail, without the shot becoming pixelated. The tripod that I will use will also be good, as it will allow me to have smoother shots, along with better pans and keeping the shot level. Finally, I have decided to use a PC to edit, the reason for this is because due to the ability to easily upgrade parts on a PC, I can purchase a PC with higher specs than the Mac Pro for a cheaper cost. The PC's higher RAM and better CPU will allow me to process shots faster.  By using the software Adobe Premiere Pro, I will be able to add in a green screen and also have more accurate cuts due to its ability to cut frame by frame. This summary is important as from this, I will know what equipment I will need, which will mean I can book they equipment, and begin filming knowing my limitations.

 Here is the actor roles list, as I will be the only person performing, I will not require any assistance, instead I will be the main performer and thus deal with the performance, this will also mean that I will have to be in the majority of the shots, an advantage I will have though of being the main performer, is that I will not have to rely on anybody else to turn up, and I will be able to shoot when I have planned.

The props list will also be helpful as I now know what I will need on the day, by working this out, I can turn up with the right equipment and be able to start shooting without any issues occurring.

I have carried out a risk assessment, so that I am able to be aware on any situation that may occur when filming, this will mean that I am prepared in case something goes wrong, and already have a solution ready.

Here I have completed my shooting scheduele, this has been done so that I know what days I will be doing what, which will mean I am able to stay on track, and not fall behind, by also having this shooting scheduele, I will know what location I will be at and also what I will be wearing for it.
